Our principal, Jay To:
- holds an Australian Practising Certificate (Lawyer)
- has been an Australian lawyer for 20 years with 15 years working in Australian immigration law
- has completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Bachelor of Finance double degree
Jay provides advice to corporate clients and individual private clients on all matters related to Australian immigration law and AAT appeals.
Jay has significant skills and experience in family migration visas, employer sponsored temporary and permanent visas, general skilled migration visas, student visas and citizenship.
Our Difference
Our difference is we operate our law practice on a ‘client first’ approach.
Some law firm will offer an introductory meeting with the principal or partner of a law firm and then the matter is handled by support staff. However, at To Legal, Jay will handle your file from start to end.
In addition, we practise solely in Australian immigration law, which differ to some law firms that may handle the odd immigration file and where immigration law is not a major area of practice.
